Shipping and Returns


•We offer "Free Shipping" on Stickers, Decals, and T-Shirts. within the US. And, very competitive international rates. Excludes Metal Art.
•Due to the custom nature of all orders we ship with in 2-5 business days.
Please know that orders placed during our Holiday Sales may require an extra 1-2 days for processing.
(Standard Shipping Options)
•Standard Free Shipping - 2-5 business days processing then 2-7 business days USPS shipping.
•Additional Tracking add-on (same as above) First Class USPS with Tracking ID
•USPS Priority Mail w/ Tracking - 1-4 business days processing then 2-3 business day shipping.
•Expedited+Priority Mail w/ Tracking - Ships within 1 business day then 2-3 business day shipping.
•All products are shipped from the United States and the buyer is responsible for GST and/or custom fees.
•Average shipping times are 2-7 business days within the US. 6-30 days Internationally.
•If for any reason there is delay in shipping you will be notified via. email.
•Elkhorn Graphics is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
•Customer is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
•Large / bulk orders may take an addition time to process. Allow 5-7 business days for processing.

Attention International Buyers:

•Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price nor shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

•Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional cost will be prior to purchase.

•These Charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick your item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges created by Elkhorn Graphics.

Returns:

•Wrong size, wrong color – No Problem!
•You may return any new, unused or unaltered item to Elkhorn Graphics within 10 days of receipt for exchange.
•All replacement orders are subject to a $2.95 S+H fee unless Elkhorn Graphics is the sole cause of any errors concerning your order.
•Do you need to pay your replacement shipping fee. Please click here.
Please note a 20% restocking fee will be deducted if order is returned for a cash refund.
•All cash refund returns must be completed with in 30 days of receipt and will only be processed once Items have been returned to us.
•Refunds will not be given for delayed shipping due to USPS. Otherwise refund will be given 100% for store credit.
•Please notify us immediately of any errors concerning your order
received.
•Due to the nature of all decals being cut to order you may not return any stickers or decals for a cash refund due to ordering error. The customer will be refunded as store credit.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We do not provide return shipping.
Elkhorn Graphics is not responsible for any damage caused from poor applications.
(Applying the Sticker)
To process a return request please log into your account and click on Orders and the order you wish to return then up top click Request Return Authorization. Follow the steps from there.

Warranty / Material Related Issues:

•If for any reason your decal starts to fade or peel away within a 5 year period. (Basic Colors Only) Excludes Specialty Vinyl
We will replace the decal for only the cost of shipping. (Basic Colors Only) Excludes Specialty Vinyl
•Customer is responsible for providing photo proof of a decals material related issue.
•Specialty vinyl is only covered for a 3 year period. This includes chrome, ultra metallic silver, diamond plate and carbon fiber. Specialty vinyl is subject to only one warranty exchange.

Policy's are subject to change at any time.

Custom and Large Quantity Orders and Designs:
•Due to the nature of custom orders and that they are cut to order, Elkhorn Graphics will not be held responsible for poor installation of decals and stickers. Reward points are excluded from custom orders with specific design and large quantity based orders.
•Also custom designs and large quantity orders may require longer process times up to 5 days or even longer. Per order basis.
•All Sale are Final. No Refunds, Returns or Exchanges


T-Shirts:

Hassle Free Returns:

We offer both a refund or exchange option (same design only) with in 10 days from receipt. We offer hassle free exchanges. All shirts must be UNWASHED and UNWORN. Some exceptions are made to return days allowed during Christmas, exchanges must be done by Jan 15th.. Shipping is not refundable and refunds without an exchange are subject to restocking fees. There is a $6 per shirt restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees .


Return Exceptions:

Returns for customized T-Shirts including custom images and/or custom text will not be returnable.

These items cannot be resold therefore not returnable.


Custom Metal Art:

Our goal is to earn your repeat business

and referrals. If there is ever an issue with your order, We'll work

with you until everyone is happy. If your sign arrives with damage, I’ll

ship a replacement and we’ll work with USPS or Fedex to file the

insurance claim. If there is ever a mistake on our behalf, We'll ship a

new sign promptly. There are no refunds on orders.
